Strength, one of the eight tests of RAK Robot Games

Strength

Power means nothing without control. This test measures both.

What this
test measures.

Strength tests load handling. Machines lift, carry, drag or hold defined loads, and the result depends as much on stability as on force.

How it works

  • Loads increase in defined increments between rounds.
  • A lift must be held stable for the full count to stand.
  • Machines are weighed and classed before entry.
  • Structural failure ends an entrant's round.
